Goddess: Oya (Yoruba) on Flickr.
Here is the fourth, long-belated installment in my Goddess series.
I fussed with this one for weeks on end and decided it was time to post it and move on. Out into the world, drawing! I have other stuff to make!

Goddess: Mama Quilla (Incan) on Flickr.
Mama Quilla was the Inca goddess of the moon and the defender of women.
She was also an important goddess to the Inca calendar, which used both lunar and solar calculations.
Goddess: Pele (Hawaiian) by Dylan Meconis.
Pele is one of the most outsized personalities in the Hawaiian pantheon. She’s the goddess of lightning, wind, fire, and (of course) volcanoes!
Accordingly, Pele is a very fierce lady with a lot of passion and big temper.
She lives in the caldera of Kīlauea.
Goddess: Saga (Norse) by Dylan Meconis
Saga is the Norse goddess of songs, sacred verse, runes, speech, all of those things. (The English word “saga” is derived from her name.)
She spent most of her time hanging out by a stream with Odin, gossiping and drinking from golden cups.
Nice work if you can get it!
